Mills Wins Reserve Champion in Fat Stock Show
Billy Mills exhibited the Grand Champion lamb in Fort Worth on January 31 1948 finishing as Reserve Champion of the Southwestern Exposition and Fat Stock Show with the same Southdown lamb. Three local high school boys will join the chamber Lions club and Rotary club for six weeks to report back to classmates via the school newspaper.
