Cecil Ruby Co Wins U S 90 Construction Bid in Brewster County
The Cecil Ruby Co Inc of Austin won the U S 90 project bid of 433968 for grading base and three course surface treatment from east of Alpine to Altuda. E W Mars El Paso district highway engineer says the 9.3 mile contract will run 140 working days with Charles T Holmes Alpine resident engineer directing construction. The firm previously rebuilt U S 99 from Altuda to Marathon in 1950.
