Children Injured When Auto Strikes A Telephone Pole
Two young daughters of A J Gahagan of Duncan's addition were bruised when a Dodge driven by their father struck a telephone pole after 10 o clock Sunday morning. The steering gear jammed as he turned from Box Butte avenue onto Tenth street, crushing the radiator and splitting the pole. The girls, seated in the rear, were thrown, bruising heads and cutting lips. Gahagan was uninjured. The car was traveling at a fair speed and might have been avoided if not for the jammed steering gear.

Mortensen Loses Two Falls to Eklund in Sheridan
