Akron pair pleading guilty face six months jail term

Theo, 25, and Karl Burnight, 20, pleaded guilty in district court at LeMars before Judge O. Thomas to larceny. They admitted breaking into the Will Hamilton property in Akron and stealing articles. Sentences of six months in the county jail were pronounced but suspended on good behavior, and they were paroled to Sheriff R. E. Rippey to report monthly.
