Loose horses escalate to civil matter on Wagoner Road
Two horses were struck by vehicles after escaping from a Couchton area farm near Wagoner Road and Northwest Drive around 7 45 p m. The collisions are under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol while a county official says the matter is now civil between horse owner and vehicle owners.
