The asking brochure listed 875000 dollars with the actual price undisclosed. The property, built in 1929 for polo figure Devereaux Milburn, was designed in the Regency style by Julian Peabody and features multiple bedrooms, baths, a gun room, wine cellar and extensive service areas.
