Realtors Told They Must Change To Keep Up With Market
Aiken real estate leaders say the market will shift from seller to buyer as job cuts at the Savannah River Site reshape employment. Realtor executive vice president Jim Peters foresees 15 to 20 percent of local agents leaving within a year and urges adoption of computer marketing and creative financing. The meeting honored Frank Parker and Kathy McNeill, installed new officers led by Sue Christopher, and noted monthly meetings at Houndslake Country Club.
