United Way Provides School Tools Initiative Supplies
The United Way of Aiken County wrapped its 18th School Tools Initiative by collecting 40,000 bookbags, flash drives, binders and more for local students. Supplies were sorted at Aiken Electric Cooperative and distributed to over 40 district schools for pickup by representatives. Mike Rosier helped organize the pickups, and Emily Scatten praised community donors and volunteers who made the effort possible.
