DOE issues draft SRS contract RFP amid questions and deadlines
The DOE released a draft RFP for the Savannah River Site management and operations contract. Comments are due by September 21 with a final RFP planned for January 2019 and a contract award expected in summer 2019. The 10-year, $15 billion deal covers EM cleanup, landlord services, and related work, but excludes tank waste and site security.
