Pre-Diabetes Workshop at Battle Creek YMCA
The Bronson Battle Creek Diabetes Center teams with the Battle Creek YMCA to offer a Pre-Diabetes program for those with risk factors or a family history, including an initial class on Thursday Sept 27 at 6 pm, glucose weight and BMI checks, then an eight week exercise series on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5 30 to 6 15 pm, cost 32 per person, call 269 245 8190 to register.
