Marshall to repay Cronin grant for city building
After a state audit the Michigan State Housing Development Authority asked Marshall to reimburse nearly 300000 from a Signature Building Project Grant used to buy the J H Cronin Building at 101 W Michigan Ave. The city may repay in one lump sum after considering six options, with funds to come from departmental savings and increased revenues rather than reserves.
