Fairgrounds seek answers as legal dispute with Bank of America continues

About 50 people attended a Calhoun County Agricultural and Industrial Society meeting on September 12 to hear updates on a long running lawsuit with Bank of America over co signed loans for land adjacent to the fairgrounds. Board members cited ongoing litigation and IRS issues, asking for patience while promising transparency and a future fair on the grounds.
