Sparks Fly Over Two Vacant Seats At Marshall Council
At the Marshall City Council meeting on May 16 a 6-1 vote defeated a motion to appoint two new members to the Hospital and Neighborhood Committee. Mayor Jim Dyer defended the decision, noting resignations from Jennifer Rupp and John Anthony LaPietra and stating the public would have input later through the planning process.
