Marshall considers buying foreclosed land on East Hughes St
Marshall city council weighs purchasing ten foreclosed parcels on East Hughes Street after a notice from Calhoun County Treasurer Ann Rosenbaum. City Manager Tom Tarkiewicz says the land would be for recreation only and could improve park access from Hughes Street to the Riverwalk and aid bridge construction by relocating electric lines. Albion District Library Names New Director Karen Kuhn
