Police cite two residents for drinking and driving
Marshall police report two residents cited for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. A 40 year old Marshall man was stopped at 12:13 a.m. on South Kalamazoo Avenue near Pearl Street after swerving and running a stop sign. A PET test showed a blood alcohol level of .162 and he was jailed. On Feb. 6 a 31 year old man was arrested after an unknown accident near Old 27 and Wooley Drive. He failed field sobriety tests and PET test with a BAC of .16 and was jailed. his fiancé and two others were sent home.
