Oaklawn Hospital's Partners in Cancer Support Group enjoyed a lighter, more hopeful session after Performance Coach Pamela Starrett Ingalls presented Pressure Free Living. She led abdominal relaxation, posture and breathing exercises and urged replacement of negative thoughts with dreams and goals.
