Marshall Church of Christ Tackles Weekend Hunger
Marshall Church of Christ at 14734 18 1/2 Mile Road received a 5000 grant from Care Source in Ohio to fund weekend backpacks for Marshall Public School students. Each pack averages 3.60 dollars and contains cereal milk a snack fruit and vegetables with protein. In March 84 packs were prepared for 48 families with monthly drop offs and a distribution day on April 18.
