By order of His Honour Judge Folio dated February 13 1905 P Tuck Official Administrator is appointed to estate of Ernest Belanger deceased. All persons having claims against the deceased or his estate must file them with affidavits within one month from the date of notice. Creditors to whom the estate is due must pay promptly.
A notice to all co owners of the St Thomas and Telegraph mineral claims in the Nelson Mining Division West Kootenay District warns that Labour and improvements totaling 102.50 have been expended to hold the claims under the Mineral Act 1900. Delinquent parties have ninety days to contribute their share plus advertising costs or risk forfeiture to A R Peters, dated Ymir B C November 11 1904.
Delinquent co owners James Graham and others with interests in the Yankee Girl Canadian Girl and Yale Fraction mineral claims on Dundee Mountain near Ymir in West Kootenay Nelson District are notified that $300 in labor has been spent to hold the claims. If within ninety days they do not contribute their share plus advertising costs, their interests may become property of the subscribers under the Mineral Act amendment. Dated at Ymir B C January 10 1905.
