Despite fire-related book losses and leadership changes, profits were reported with water rates yielding 135.70 and a 10 percent dividend payable March 1 1905. The nominal capital is 12 000 with 5 920 issued. 205 placed in reserve. John McLeod elected president. directors include McCorquodale Miller Nessen and Mrs Ross. US T Ross appointed secretary and plant superintendent.
