David Gale attended the Toledo county fair last week. George A Day his wife and daughter Clara Dr J H Palmer and daughter Bland Be all have. A long sickness and a return home on Saturday. The amount sued to was 810 0. They tend Mayor Witz 26 for his damage. Dr D Y Roabuck was instructed employ counsel. Miss Ida MbEVhint public school teacher in Alton teaching school near Clland.

The Grand Jury finished Saturday, examined twenty two witnesses, and returned thirteen true bills. Publicly named cases include Isqgac Putman rape and William Harrington burglary and larceny, with further indictments against Frank Mauk for rape J. St. Woodworth for obtaining notes under false pretenses and Arnold Ingram embezzlement. Bonds set at 300 and 150 dollars respectively, with multiple signers.
