City hall to host talk on Massillon Wooster Mansfield electric line
A meeting of citizens and Board of Trade members will discuss the proposed electric line from Massillon through Wooster to Mansfield. Leaders from Massillon, Cleveland, Youngstown, Canton, and Smithville attend to assess merit and potential Wooster stock purchases and rights of way. About 15,000 dollars has reportedly been subscribed outside rights.

Settlement Offer Signals Trial Risk in Glass Works Case

Lloyd S Trapes Dies After Prolonged Illness at Wooster
Lloyd S. Trapes, a well known Wooster youth, died Saturday afternoon at his mother's home on South Bever Street after years-long illness. The funeral was Monday at 2 pm from the residence, Rev Herbert Brodt officiating, with Wooster Eagles members in attendance. Interment followed in Wooster Cemetery. He was 28, nearly 29, and educated in Wooster schools class of 1897. He worked as a clerk for Nick Amster and remained filial and friendly during his decline awaiting a hoped cure in California.

Mrs Edward Heater of this city died early Monday in the county infirmary after months of illness. The funeral was held from the Church of God at 2 pm Tuesday. She was 64, native to Wooster, daughter of Geo Hester, and survived by Mr Heater and two children Bertha Heater of Wooster and Charles Heater of Bowling Green. She was known as an industrious woman and skilled cook who had worked in several hotels.
