Judge Eason on Monday heard witnesses in a case arising from the Smithville bank failure. He ordered receiver T. C. Hun sicker to sue director J. J. Schrock to recover 1150 alleged drawn unlawfully. Of that amount 700 belonged to the Amish church of which Schrock was treasurer, but the money was deposited in his name.
