David Taggart aged about four, brother of Capt Elmoré F Taggart, was found dead in bed at his parents’ Orrville home. Police hypothesize an overdose of chloral to ease pain from a previous railway accident. He had lived in Reno previously, and his leg was amputated below the knee after a crash.
