Akron Beacon reports on July 21 that the harness store of R. L. Mead at 618 South Main Street Wooster was closed by Constable Joseph Limmilc on Friday afternoon to satisfy an attachment for 257. The writ was filed by Otia Otis for Basche Bros of Cincinnati. The claim stems from goods purchased.
Burglars entered the residence of George and Waubach between 1 and 4 am, propping a porch chair from J F Marchand’s next door to reach a front corner window. They took Mr Laubach’s watch and chain and whatever cash lay in his pockets, with finger marks found at a side window indicating an attempted entry.
