A historical ad-like fragment promotes Lronox Tablets claiming they prevent colds and rheumatism by toning and strengthening the bowels. The wording is unclear and appears to urge unaired natural remedies, typical of old patent medicine notices.
Clara Bott wife to Charles Bott formerly of Applecrank now in Coshocton and believed fugitive in Canada filed in Coshocton county court of common pleas for divorce and restoration to her maiden name Clara Stewart. She alleges she married June 18 after he claimed divorce from Mrs Laura Bott and says he remains her husband. Sheriff failed to locate Bott in Wayne county though reports say he stays in Canada. Also reports say Wife No 1 may pursue annulment proceedings.
Edward Betson believes Will Betson was robbed and killed after purchasing a meal for three men in Manchester. He plans to consult a man in Akron as police may hold clues from the trio and a suspect linked to Albert Thompson near Frederickburg. The case hinges on the three young men and potential foul play.

Anoguat Sunday January 16 hosts an all day program at Overtun U 8 church. Rev J D Wyanth delivers sermons and a Sunday school rally opens at 8 o clock. A 11 30 am communion service, dinner at noon, sales for eatables, and a 7 80 pm sermon followed by fellowship. Music by the choir and Wooster orchestra.
Rev D Harlan of the Church of God led Sunday evening services at City park on the theme Christ the Lamb of God from Behold the Lamb of God taketh away the sin of the world. He delivered a strong sermon with many worthy thoughts. Music by K Shellanberger and R Appleman. Attendance was good but not as large as past events, likely due to cool weather.

Two experiment station officials arrange a state fair exhibit to be held at Columbus during September week. The station expects a very fine display likely to eclipse similar efforts by the station.
Wealey K. Siupkins son of Louis Simpknus was buried Sunday in Honeytown. He died at his father's home near Ojzrville after a long illness from consumption. He was 33 years old.
Wosator will host the annual field meet at the Ohio experiment station this Friday and Saturday with field work demonstrations and a day of oat fermentation studies. Director H. J Wheeler of the Rhode Island station and Prof. G. P Hartley of the U S Department of Agriculture will speak at the Opera House event. Accommodations for 500 guests are arranged at 50 cents per night with meals at 25 cents.
Dalton town case drew interest equal to Wooster’s protest over pool hall rules. L A Slee and A A Tieche opened a new pool room after hours, faced arrest, and initially pleaded not guilty. They later pleaded guilty, paying a total penalty of 58 355. Mayor Bubbell said the deliberate defiance would set a precedent for other towns in the state.
Chief Lerner arrested Max Stang of Cleveland on a noon complaint by grocers for selling produce on streets without a license. Stang paid a $2 license fee after being shown the violation, as ordinance enforcement by Acting Mayor Chase A. Welser required, and he pledged future visits to the city to comply.
