An act authorizes a tax of two hundred dollars by Sheboygan County to fund a free bridge across the Sheboygan river in the village of Sheboygan. The project includes a draw and a forty foot wide clear channel, with funding via subscriptions and a later advertisement and letting of the contract. The act may be amended or repealed, dated February 5th 1645.
An act to authorize commissioners William H. Thomas Waldo Roasbrook and Martin C Feary to lay out a road from a point east of the town of Manumine along the existing route to Milwaukee inclining southeast to the mill dam belonging to Abram Nottingham. The segment between intersections is vacated once Nottingham or others clear the new widened road. Effective upon passage in January 1845.
An 1845 act extends Racine village limits to include river piers and adjacent waters from which the trustees may regulate use and remove obstructions. The Wisconsin Territory clarifies the 1843 act authorizing Les Gudgey Philo Beldes and Hiland Hulburt to build and maintain a dam on Fox River shall not allow construction that raises water levels or harms water power above the dam. The amended provision repeals any such misconstruction. Effective upon passage on February 24, 1845.
An act to amend the Mineral Point incorporation act adds land in the northwest quarter of section 4, town 4 range 3, Iowa County. It authorizes the village to license grocers taverns and the sale of spirituous liquors. Trustees may appoint a pro tem president in absence of the president. act takes effect upon passage. Approved February 1, 1945.

Trustees must publish notices, voters must approve at meetings, tax assessed within 30 days after vote, collector to collect and remit per law, act to take effect after passage February 8, 1843.
