Amendment of acts on intoxicating liquors to Indians
The act amends prior law to allow indictable offenses under the liquor act to Indians to be prosecuted in district court with penalties up to 100 dollars fine or up to three months in county jail or both. It directs district courts to charge grand juries on the amended and prior acts while preserving justice of the peace prosecutions.

Dane County Funding For Madison Academy Act of 1845
