Wisconsin Territory approves multiple assembly expense acts

The act lists numerous payments for legislative expenses including binding, printing, librarian services, janitorial work, maps, and stationery during the present session. It also records salaries, transport costs, and publishing charges for the Wisconsin Territory's legislative bodies and notes approvals dated February 24 1845.

Wisconsin Territory divorce and constable fees act

An act relating to constables fees and a divorce decree. Maria Woodford Mc Elwain is granted a divorce from James G. Mc Elwain in Milwaukee County. The act sets traveling fees at six cents per mile for service of process and repeals part of a prior costs and fees act. Approved February 4 1845. February 10 1845.

Name Change and Bridge Authorization in Wisconsin Territory

A legislative act requests changing the name of Josephus Matthews to Flavius Josephus Landrum to enable inheritance and legitimize a natural son. Another act authorizes Fulton town to build a free bridge over Rock River with a movable draw under thirty feet, no toll, effective upon passage.
