Town Meeting Approves Most Advisory Requests With One Change
Town meeting in the former high school hall drew a full house as Joseph Davison chaired. The advisory committee’s recommendations passed, except for cemetery care, while Bennison’s plea for $1000 prevailed. Additional appropriations and articles covered bequests, taxes, sidewalks, street work, and a motor driven ladder truck purchase was debated with price concerns.
