News came yesterday of the death of George William Bragg a Middletown businessman and church leader aged 44. He rose in musical merchandise, composed music and supported the Methodist Episcopal Church South, helping to fund and build its new Middletown church and serving as secretary of the Opequon district school board. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 12 30 in the new Methodist Church building.

Betsy Jackson formerly of this city who was killed by a car in Hex erstown last Friday was buried this afternoon at 2 o'clock in the colored cemetery. The remains were brought here Saturday night by her husband Peter Jackson.

Winchester to Host Lecture by Prof Towers on February 17

Funeral of Mr Glaize Led by Lutheran Church Service
