By order of the Cumberland Valley Railroad division superintendent Edgar R Harmer veteran Winchester news dealer has been refused the privilege of opening his newspapers at the Cumberland Valley passenger station in the morning. Newspapers arrive on the 9 20 C V E train and for years Harmer has opened packages in the depot waiting room. Citizens who rely on morning papers protest the change saying it causes no disruption to travelers and he should be allowed to continue.
