Susan Bageant Dies at 93 Near Reynold's Store
Mrs Susan Bageant died after a lingering illness at her home near Reynold's Store on Friday morning. She was about 93 and survived by one sister Mrs Maria Garrett and several children including CG Ek Bageant James W Bageant N W Bageant Bent Bageant and Mrs Guber Kerns and Mrs Charles E Coe. Funeral arrangements list friends at the house Sunday morning and interment at Old School Baptist Church with Eller B N Powers officiating. Her husband Simphon Bageant had died years ago.

Dickson forfeits bail in abduction case
Dickson charged with abducting Madeline Dempsey fled Fredericksburg on a southbound train while under a $1,000 bond.
