Accidently Shoots Small Children in Mary Bells Alley
Three colored children ages six to eight were accidentally shot yesterday afternoon in Mary Bells alley as a shotgun blast from a vacant lot behind them hit each child. None were seriously hurt. one was face shot, others in the body. Police seek the shooter sighting neighborhood boys bird hunting as a possible cause.
