Commonwealth's Attorney says ballistics results from the FBI are not yet received regarding the gun believed to have fired the fatal shot of former Patrolman Edwin Smith on Sunday November 20. Smith died near Winchester on Papermill road returning from a three day unauthorised absence that led to his dismissal.
