Edward Carper, a Shenandoah Box Board Corp. worker at the Old Dominion Paper Mill, had his right thumb cut off and left thumb fractured when a jack lifting a 2.5 ton roll slipped. Bandits Kill Guard in Bronx Armored Car Robbery
