Jury rejects Hughes writing of Mormon Will in Nevada trial
A Las Vegas jury ruled that the March 19 1968 three page document claiming to be Howard Hughes handwritten will was not written dated or signed by Hughes. Melvin Dummar and Noah Dietrich faced off in seven months of testimony over a supposed 10 million bequest. The verdict ended the probate fight and Dummar expressed acceptance though still claiming belief in the will.
