Harold Franklin Kremer Jr 18 a James Wood High graduate was killed when struck near Atoka Rt 50 Middleburg while aiding a stalled car. Elizabeth Campbell Wright of Leesburg was charged after fleeing the scene. Kremer born Oct 6 1950 in Winchester survived by parents and siblings. Funeral set for Tuesday at Jones Funeral Home with burial Mount Hebron Cemetery.
