Delph Receives 20 Year Term For Robbery
David Lee Delph 24 was found guilty of robbery in Frederick County Circuit Court. The jury set a 20 year sentence in the penitentiary. Delph was also sentenced to eight years on an attempted murder conviction from the same incident.
