Court cites high court ruling in arson case
The jury found Anderson 26 of 348 Piccadilly Street guilty on an arson charge from a February 24 fire at Brumback and Sons. The court ruled his freedom restrained since he was not under arrest when statements were made. He was to be tried tomorrow on another arson charge. Commonwealth Attorney Dabney Watts said the other charge was not pressed. Peter K. McKee represented the defendant.
