The Supreme Court faces a decision on whether to convene a rare special session to resolve the fate of a Democratic National Convention delegate bloc that could deliver Sen. George McGovern a first ballot nomination. The ruling could shape the presidential race and party control.
Virginia’s controversial competitive pricing insurance law was ruled unconstitutional by the State Corporation Commission in a 2-1 vote.
