Greenwood Methodist Church to reopen Sunday afternoon
The Greenwood Methodist Church will reopen with a 2:30 PM service Sunday under joint sponsorship of Winchester’s three Methodist churches. Leaders cite the need for a church in Frederick County and expect figures such as Dr. W. W. McIntyre Rev. T. M. Swann Rev. Herman McKay and Rev. H. G. Balthis to participate. The pulpit Bible will be presented by Rev. Herman McKay and the Everhart quartet of Montague Avenue Church will sing. Services will continue Sundays at 2:30 PM.
