Harold E. Dahl a famed flier since the Spanish Civil War is reported missing with three others on a DC3 flight from Frobisher Bay to Fort Chimo Quebec over the Canadian north. Officials in Montreal say a message identified the pilot as Dahl though no confirmation was issued. Dahl 47 once faced Franco as a Loyalist and later served with the Royal Canadian Air Force before legal troubles led to court cases and prison time.
