He served as senior vice president of Shenandoah Valley National Bank, after 48 years with the Shenandoah Valley Bank and earlier roles. He belonged to Braddock Street United Methodist Church, Kiwanis, Winchester Lodge 867, Elks, and the Industrial Development Corp. Born May 31, 1904 in Winchester, he was survived by family.
