Cary Barton visiting Dr Samuel Barton of the University of the South Sewanee Tennessee. John C Koona assistant to the Postmaster General heads to Washington after several days with his father in law George Haddox. Elsie Maphis leaves for Lansdowne Pennsylvania guest of Miss Mary Bruce Barker then visits relatives in Wilmington Delaware.

The Empire thanks patrons for supporting the Mary Pickford feature Less Than the Dust with heavy overhead costs. Admission set at 10 15 and 5 cents to cover expenses including heat staff licenses and fees, with some venues charging more. Next week Romeo and Juliet in eight parts with Francis Bushman and Beverly Bayne will be shown at reduced rates.
A new photoplay titled Silver Threads Among the Gold will be presented Friday in multiple reels. The film adapts the popular ballad made famous by a renowned singer and actor, with the familiar song sung during the screening.

Annette Kellerman returns in the famous spectacle Neptune's Daughter at the Empire. The theater offers reduced prices of 10 cents to top, with both matinee and night performances this Saturday.
