Berlin dispatch says the Allies demand Germany provide within 48 hours lists of all warships built or under construction including river craft. The cruiser Mackensen should be towed to a harbor for specification. British and Belgian merchant vessels to be returned at the Tyne and Dunkirk. Allies claim seizure and interned ships by December 17.
Paris dispatch reports American troops entering Coblenz today as French units join the American occupation army. British forces have entered Colonne and Belgian troops occupy Dusseldorf along the Rhine, per Marshal Hutin.
Paris reports two special trains will carry French and Italian delegates to Brest to greet President Wilson. Colonel House will join the party, the George Washington is due Friday, and Wilson will visit Poincaré with an official luncheon planned. Mrs. B. R. Shenk of White Post visited friends in Winchester.

A car carrying Mrs. Maggie Grant Miss Lola Carper James Clevenger and Marcellus Anderson overturned after a steering rod broke. All occupants were rescued with severe cuts and bruises. Mrs Grant suffered head and body injuries and Mr Anderson a serious leg wound. The vehicle sustained heavy damage.
