Len Dawson and Otis Taylor led the Kansas City Chiefs to a 26 17 victory at Candlestick Park over the San Francisco 49ers. Dawson threw for 263 yards and Taylor caught a 46 yard TD pass and added a 25 yard TD run as Kansas City moved atop the AFC West with 8 3 1.
