Jail Sentence Given Man of 23 Accused of Pawing Woman
Frank Milton Dick, 23, of 716 S. Braddock St. pleaded guilty to assault and battery in police court and was sentenced to 12 months in jail by Judge John Rice. The judge postponed suspension arguments to Aug. 14. Dick admitted pursuing Mrs. Harold G. Brown and touching her as she walked home on Leicester and Washington streets, then claimed it was unintentional and that he felt frightened. He said he had dizzy spells before and after marriage and is nervous. he was then arrested by Lt. Joseph Ritter and officers.
