Sculptor Mike crafts stone into art and legacy
From Houston roots to Wimberley workshops, Mike, a famed rock mason turned carver, creates cherubs and fountains in white lime stone for Hermann Hospital and Dallas mansions. He favors hand carving over machines, cherishing craft over labels as his work speaks for itself. His path through Navy, Southwest Texas State, and shared family influence shaped a lifelong devotion to stone.
