Trip Across West Texas and New Mexico With Family
A mother recalls a desert road trip with her two boys from Sonora to Los Alamos. They seek space, wonder, and meaning as the landscape shifts from flat West Texas to New Mexico’s mesas. Car troubles test their patience, while cousins in Vaughn offer help. The journey deepens bonds and reveals a painterly world of air and light.
