Wimberley Market Days Grows From Flea to Festival
Wimberley Market Days began in the mid 1960s with locals selling wares on the square. The Lions Club runs it now at Lions Field with over 400 booths held the first Saturday of each month April through November. Proceeds support numerous charities including the Texas Lions Camp, Lions Eye Bank, 4-H, and Wimberley High School programs. A new $40,000 barbecue pit improves eating options for shoppers. For booth space call 512-847-3487.
